Today’s sharing case is my recent case that i’ve done in January 6th 2015 at 11am. Yes, i was in a rush due to be able to catch a flight from Jakarta to Jogjakarta..
This is an endodontic case, got referral from my friends. I wanted to finish it in my first appointment with my patient, but due to a tight schedule this was as far i can do yesterday..

Similar to my sharing topic that i give in Jogja: what can we do at the first visit on endodontic treatment.

can you see the effect of sodium hypoclhorite in the cavity? Yup, it gains bubbling effect, which means that the reaction exist between sodium hypochlorite and organic matter inside root canal.

Picture Information:

1. initial view from buccal, take a look at a caries running from disto-cervical area.

2. Occlusal view, there was no caries lession.

3. Initial acccess opening, no blood was found, the tooth was non vital.

4. I found the orifices, a little hole.

5. starting a root canal cleaning and shaping

6. bubbling effect showing the effectiveness of NaOCl while used in root canal preparation.

7-8. similar action, still root canal preparation on different root canal.

9. finished at the first visit.

the material i used in here were Protaper, sodium hypochlorite 5,25%.

alhamdulillaah.. the case was done, and the story still continues..
