Restodontic treatment on molar with thin pulp chamber, near perforation

a patient came with a heavily destructed mandibular first molar, and ready to get extracted on her previous visit from another operator. after a thorough informed consent, i started my endodontic treatment as in the video presentation.

1. Access preparation
2. rubberdam placement with Hu-Friedy rubberdam clamp and sanctuary rubberdam sheet.
3. pre endodontic restoration on distal wall with composite resin
4. Shaping with i3 Gold files from Denjoy Attached on denjoy IM2C wireless endomotor with MPAS head from NSK, cleaning with sodium hypochlorite 5,24%, Citric Acid 40%, and agitated with PowerFlosser (waterpik)
5. obturation and coronal seal with low shrinkage stress flowable composite: Palfique bulkfill flowable (tokuyama)
6. xray evaluation at first visit showing a hermetic obturation
7. Post endodontic restoration at 12 days after obturation with packable composite, Z350XT (3M)
8. finishing and polishing with soflex (3M), and enhance (dentsplysirona)
9. xray evaluation at first visit showing an intact margin and homogeneous restoration’s body
