My patient came with a spontaneous pain on his upper left region, he sees no cavity yet the food always stuck at the interdental. from my examination, we can see the caries is undermined at the proximal mesial and distal. the big ones located at the distal wall and had reached the pulp. after taking a proper informed consent, i started my dental treatment as follows:
(endodontic procedure)
1. rubber dam placement: Hu Friedy rubberdam clamp and sanctuary rubberdam sheet
2. access preparation and placement of TPFE (teflon tape) on the orifices
3. matrix placement to rewall the distal wall: SpringClip matrix (TOR VM)
4. shaping and cleaning: MTwo (VDW), sodium hypochlorite 5,25%, EDTA 18% Sol (Ultradent).
5. coronal seal: Filtek Bulkfill Flowable (3M)

(post endodontic procedure)
6. place nictone rubberdam sheet
7. tooth preparation to remove the mesial caries
8. matrix placement: Springclip matrix (TOR VM)
9. core build up: Filtek Bulkfill packable (3M)
10. coronal layer of composite: Ceram X Sphere Tec (dentsply sirona)
11. xray examination showed a hermetic filling from apical to coronal
