endo resto (restodontic) revision of endodontic treatment with gingivectomy on maxillary right second premolar

a patient came with a persistent pain on her maxillary right second premolar which had been endodontically treated by previous operator for a few months ago. the gums usually bleed. WD was chronic apical periodontitis with improper endodontic treatment. After taking a proper informed consent, i did the dental treatment to this patient as seen on the video below.

i started my dental treatment from gingivectomy, restoring the missing wall (creating a 4-walled cavity access), instrumentation with i3Gold files from Denjoy, obturation, coronal sealing with low shrinkage stress flowable composite resin, and coronal restoration with packable composite resin at second visits.

hope this dental treatment will be long last 🙂
