My Endo-Resto treatment story: an endodontic treatment on unfinished endodontic case, even the pulp still exist in non vital condition

a patient came with a persistent pain on his mandibular right second molar. he said that this tooth had undergone root canal treatment 3 years ago. but radiographic image revealed that there was no endo at all, and radiolucency at periapex. the diagnosis was chronic apical periodontitis with pulp necrosis. after taking a proper informed consent, i started dental treatment.

ps: see the existence of pulp soft tissue on distal root canal which i found after doing access preparation
