my endo resto story on a maxillary right premolar with deep cervical-proximal caries

a patient came with an asymptomatic irreversible pulpitis on his maxillary right second premolar which proximal caries had progressed into the pulp. The marginal gingiva also inflamed adjacent to the cavity. after taking a proper informed consent, i started my dental treatment in two visits. at the first visit, i cut the inflamed gingiva and restored the distal wall. the second visit, i did endodontic treament and coronal restoration.

note the gingival healing at the second visit. 🙂

hope this dental treatment will be long last 🙂
