One and Done: bulkfill composite resin placement in posterior teeth

A patient came with a small yet big cavity, a class I cavity on upper right first molar and second premolar.

After taking a proper informed consent, i started my dental treatment as follows:
1. Rubberdam placement: hu friedy rubberdam clamp and nictone rubberdam sheet.
2. Cavity preparation.
3. Bulkfill Composite resin: filtek bulkfill (3M)
4. Finishing and polishing: soflex (3M) and enhance (dentsply)
5. Radiographic evaluation with vistaray 7.1 (durr) showed an intact margin of composite resin and tooth structure, and homogeneous restoration’s body.
