Restodontic on upper right second premolar with deep caries lesion on mesial wall

A patient came with a deep caries lesion on upper right second premolar, she had spontaneous and prolong pain while had something touch the tooth. the examination showed symptomatic irreversible pulpitis.

after taking a proper informed consent, I started my dental treatment as follows.
1. rubber dam placement: Hu Friedy rubberdam clamp (pre endodontic restoration – rewalling), Hygenic rubber dam clamp (coltene) (endodontic phase and post endodontic restoration), and sanctuary rubber dam sheet.
2. pre endodontic build up with composite resin Ceram-X Sphere Tec (Dentsply-Sirona) guide with Greatercurve matrix.
3. shaping and cleaning with i3Gold (Denjoy), sodium hypochlorite 5,24%, EDTA 18% sol (ultradent)
4. obturation with guttapercha and resin-based sealer (Syntex- cerkamed)
5. coronally sealed with low shrinkage stress flowable composite (filtek bulkfill flowable)
6. fibre reinfoced composite as core material: Ever-X (GC)
7. final layer of composite resin with Ceram-X Sphere Tec (Dentsply-Sirona)
8. Xray evaluation with VistaRay 7.1 (Durr) Showed an intact margin and homogeneous filling from apical to coronal.
