Sometimes, I also updated my cases at Linkedin. 🙂 this topic will focus only on conservative dentistry cases such as restorative dentistry and endodontic or root canal treatment.

endo resto (restodontic) treatment with big absces, and one month control

a referral patient from my friend, a dentist, to do a revision treatment of unfinished endodontic treatment from a previous operator. this patient had a big fistulae on mandibular right second molar. radiographic image showed an unfinished endodontic treatment. after taking a proper informed consent, i started my dental treatment.

all i did was one visit endodontic treatment. shaping was done with i3Gold files from Denjoy. Agitation of irrigant is a must, here i used both passive ultrasonic irrigation (irrisafe – satelec) and sonic irrigation with waterpik. we can see on one month control (follow up) that the healing occur with healthy gingiva.

hope this dental treatment will be long last 🙂
