My Endo Resto Story: one day endodontic revision treatment on maxillary left second premolar, with gingivectomy, and composite resin as coronal restoration

a patient came with a spontaneous pain on his upper left premolar. although had undergone endodontic and restorative treatment by another operator, the problem still exist until today. the examination showed improper-overhanged-and broken composite resin filling with unfinished root canal treatment. after taking a proper informed consent, i started my dental treatment.

in this case, i used high filler loading flowable composite resin used was GrandioSO heavy flow (VOCO). fiber reinforced composite resin used was EverX (GC). shaping root canal with i3Gold files (Denjoy). passive ultrasonic irrigation with irrisafe (satelec)
