restoration of class 2 cavity adjacent to edentulous area
a patient referral from my friend, an orthodontist, to restore a class II cavity on mandibular right second molar. here i used springclip matrix due to its ability to stand on proximal wall adjacent to edentulous area.
following the cavity preparation, i used diamond-coated-ultrasonic-tips to refine the cavity wall. while, rubberdam placement is a must, i chose nictone rubberdam sheet with its remarkable blue color to increase my mood during restoration.. hehe..
