Restodontic (endo resto) Treatment: from removal of broken instrument to crown treatment

this is a referral case from my friends to do an endodontic treatment with a broken instrument inside root canal. after taking a proper informed consent, i started my endodontic treatment followed with crown as my final restoration.

1. Denjoy i3Gold files was used as my endodontic file
2. passive ultrasonic device with irrisafe (satelec)
3. all intraoral images were taken with VistaCam HD from Durr
4. all xray images were taken with VistaRay from Durr

hope this dental treatment will be long last 🙂
