Restodontic Re-treatment: endodontic to crown revision on mandibular 2nd molar
a patient came with a broken porcelain crown on his mandibular 2nd molar. the crown fragment had been lost just before going to the clinic. xray image revealed an unobturated mesial canals. after taking a proper informed consent, i started the dental treatment. from endodontic revision to crown insertion.
ps: i used porcelain fused to metal (PFM) crown.
