Restodontic (endo resto) Treatment on premolar with previous improper filling
patient came with a persistent pain on his upper left tooth which had been treated by another operator a few weeks ago. clinical examination showed pain on percussion, improper (overhanging) proximal filling, gingivitis, and unresponsive to vital test. the diagnosis was chronic apical periodontitis; pulp necrosis. after taking a proper informed consent, i started my dental treatment as on the video.
PS: on post endodontic restoration, i replace the previously placed distal composite resin because i didn’t put proper isolation (rubberdam) at the first visit. this will ensure predictable result of my restoration.
