Class II cavity restored with composite resin

A patient came with a history of sensitive tooth while drinking cold beverages, plus regular food impaction inside a undermined caries on upper right premolar.

After taking proper informed consent, i started my dental treatment for this reversible pulpitis as follows:
1. Rubberdam placement: hu friedy rubberdam clamp and nictone rubberdam sheet.
2. Caries removal and cavity preparation
3. Matrix placement: Springclip matrix (TOR VM)
4. Composite resin placement: first layer of low shrinkage stress flowable composite, filtek bulkfill (3M). Followed with high chroma (A3 shade) and high value (A2 Shade) of packable composite , ceramX sphere tec (dentsply sirona).
5. Finishing and polishing with soflex (3M) and enhance (dentsply)
6. Xray evaluation with VistaRay 7.1 (Durr) showed a good marginal integrity and homogeneous body of restoration. Notice the different of radiopacity between composite resin.
