Post Endodontic Direct (Immediate) Restoration

This is the restorative procedure which i’ve done in my patient after root canal procedure on my previous case of endodontic treatment of upper left first molar with remaining buccal and palatal wall. (Refer to case 68 in SekilasKonservasiGigi.Com)

n order to make a difference in working appearance, i changed the rubberdam clamp from Hu-Friedy to SanctuaryRubberdam but still using NictoneRubberdam sheet.

This tooth deserve a crown/onlay/endocrown for its definitive restoration, but as intermediate restoration i did it with composite resin. After taking proper informed consent, i place the packable composite (Estelite from Tokuyama) shade A2 without tin or color modifier. Polished it with Soflex (3M) and Enhance (Dentsply).
