Finish the unfinished: Retreatment Endo

I got a referral from my friend, an oral medicine specialist, to do a retreatment on lower left first molar. At first the patient came for the halitosis, but my friend told to cure this problem first. This tooth had been endodontically treated 2 years ago, the pain still persist.
Xray examination showed an incomplete root canal treatment, overhanging restoration, and untreated mesial canals..
After getting the proper informed consent, i started my endodontic treatment.
The access preparation leaving a limited tooth structures, and remaining 2 walls only. In order to create 4 walled access cavity, i rebuild the missing wall with GreaterCurve matrix and fill it with low_shrinkage_stress flowable composite resin SDR from Dentsply followed with Z350XT from 3M.
Cleaning and shaping was done with ProtaperNext (Dentsply) and Natrium HypoChlorite 5,24%. Removal of guttapercha with Eucaliptus oil. After Obturation, i coronally sealed the orifices with flowable composite Beautifil Flow Plus (Shofu). Xray evaluation using Vistaray 7.1 at 70kV, 1mA, 0,06 seconds.
