Enjoying a vacation abroad will be better if we had all the stuff and preparation done perfectly. But, this patient came with a displaced crown and failed endodontic treatment just before going overseas to have vacation.

After taking proper informed consent, i started to remove the GIC core on upper left first premolar, and remove all the gutta percha. Cleaning and shaping was done with ProtaperNext (Dentsply), and coronally sealed with low_shrinkage_stress flowable composite, filtek_bulkfill_flowable (3M), followed with core build up with packable composite, filtek_bulkfill (3M) prior to PFM crown recementation.
