Retreatment: Finish the Unfinished

A patient with regular spontaneous pain came for having a dental treatment. This tooth had been treated (endodontic treatment and final coronal composite resin restoration) but the symptomps haven’t relieve at all.. in an xray examination, we can see a short obturation.

After taking a proper consent, I started to drill the coronal filling, access preparation, removal of previously placed gutta percha obturation, cleaning and shaping of all 4 canals with ProtaperNext (Dentsply) + Sodium Hypochlorite 5,24%. And obturate the root canals prior to coronal seal placement with low_shrinkage_stress flowable composite resim filtek_bulkfill (3M).
Xray evaluation using VistaRay (Durr) at 60kV, 3mA, and 0,03 seconds.
