one day endo resto treatment on maxillary left second premolar
a patient, referral from my friend, an orthodontist, to do an endodontic treatment on maxillary left second premolar. This patient was having an asymptomatic pain, deep class II cavity, and radiolucency at the periapex. WD/ was Chronic Apical Periodontitis; pulp necrosis.
after taking a proper informed consent, i started my dental treatment from creating a 4-walled cavity access, shaping with i3Gold (denjoy), cleaning with sodium hypochlorite and EDTA, activation with Passive ultrasonic (irrisafe – satelec), obturation, coronal seal and core build up with Xtra base (VOCO), and final coronal layer of composite resin with Grandio (Voco).
