I got a referral from my friend, drg. Natalia Astina, to do an endodontic treatment on upper left first premolar.. the caries that has progressed from the cervical proximal area was previously restored with glass ionomer cement by patient’s previous operator, this GIC looks overhanged and leaked at the marginal level.

Management of cervical caries prior to endodontic treatment

I did the endo with Mtwo (VDW), activated the irrigation with EndoActivator (Dentsply), closed the proximal cavity with Triodent sectional matrix, and filled it with GIC Fuji IX (GC).
