Fiuh.. i hope this case update is not that soon after i updated my previous case, so that you will not feel bored of it! 🙂
This is my yesterday case, an undermined caries adjacent to metal inlay restoration.
After checking through radiographic image (which is not showed here), the undermined caries has progressed near the pulp, the pulp still vital and the metal inlay still intact.

I restored it with low shrinkage stress flowable compositeresin – SDR (Dentsply), followed with G-aenial Flo (GC), and Ceram-X-one (Dentsply). The adhesive was Single Bond Universal (3MESPE) Which has silane and MDP (to make sure a good bond to metal structures). –> i will give the post op x-ray after this post
