Sometimes, I also updated my cases at Line or Linkedin. 🙂 this topic will focus only on conservative dentistry cases such as restorative dentistry and endodontic or root canal treatment.

I got a referral case from my friend (dentist) to do an endodontic retreatment on upper right 2nd Premolar. This tooth has been endodontically treated but the treatment was unfinished then failed. There were missing of distal wall, inflamed marginal gingiva, near perforated access cavity, and bad obturation (fig. 1-3).
Finally, i did one visit endodontic treatment, started by rewalling the distal wall, followed with cleaning and shaping with ProtaperNext (Dentsply) on both canals, coronally sealed with SDR (Dentsply). And 4 weeks later i changed the coronal restorstion with composite resin Z350XT (3MESPE).
