Sometimes, I also updated my cases at Line or Linkedin. 🙂 this topic will focus only on conservative dentistry cases such as restorative dentistry and endodontic or root canal treatment.

I dont think that this is an unfinished endodontic treatment, it should be failed. The endo and the crown was done 5 years ago. The xray image showed big periapical radiolucencies. The patient also felt a terrible pain suddenly. 
When i opened the crown, i found out that the previous operator did miss one canal (buccal) and the amalgam core was full of void.
I did the retreatment with Protaper Next (Dentsply), sealed with SDR (Dentsply), and within 2 weeks control treatment i filled the cavity with composite resin IPS-empress direct (Ivoclar) with white stain.
Hope the treatment will last long.
