Restodontic: endodontic treatment and direct restoration on malpositioned upper premolar.

I got this patient with cavitated-blackened-half fractured-malpositioned upper left second premolar.. the treatment plan was to do endodontic treatment and direct restoration.

Rebuild up the distal wall was done with composite resin (Z350XT from 3MESPE) using sectional matrix (Triodent) prior to endodontic treatment. The shaping files were Protaper Next (Dentsply), coronally sealed with SDR composite resin (Dentsply), and coronally build up with composite resin Palfique LX5 (Tokuyama). Polishing with enhance (Dentsply) and soflex (3M ESPE), the radiographic image taken with 70KV, 6mA, 0,10seconds scanned via VistaScan (Durr).
Hope this restodontic (restorative and endodontic) treatment will last long..
