Finish the unfinished: endodontic treatment

A patient came with a big cavity in his tooth, he said that this tooth had already treated by another operator for three visits but he didn’t know when to end the treatment.
Apical periodontitis on lower left second premolar with a partially broken temporary filling on class II cavity.

As usual, i did access preparation and started build up the missing wall. I used Z350XT (3M) composite resin with OmniMatrix (Ultradent). Cleaning and shaping was done with ProtaperNext (Dentsply) and Sodium Hypochlorite (NaOCl) 5,24%. Coronally sealed with low shrinkage stress flowable composite Filtek_Bulkfil (3M) and SDR (Dentsply). Xray evaluation taken with Durr Sensor 70kV, 3mA, 0,06 seconds..
