This case is a refferral from my friend (a dentist). This tooth had been restored by previous operator around 2 years ago, but the filling failed under occlusal load. Xray image showed am extensive caries into the pulp.

After taking proper informed consent, i started placing rubber dam, doing access preparation, building up the missing wall with composite resin (Filtek bulkfill from 3M), cleaning and shaping with rotary file (Silk from Many), followed with obturation and coronally sealing the orifices with low_shrinkage stress flowable composite (Filtek bulkfill flow from 3M). Xray evaluation taken with Vistaray 7.1 (Durr) at 60kV, 3mA, 0,03 seconds.
