Filling the Proximal-Palatal-Cervical Area

This case coming from a patient who experienced sensitive while drinking cold beverages, and had her old filling out while eating. The xrays showed deep cavity. Still vital, no terderness, and ready to restore..

After taking proper informed consent, i started digging up the caries, placing matrix (GreaterCurve Matrix attached to Tofflemire Band), and placing first increment of composite resin with low shrinkage stress flowable composite (Filtek Bulkfill Flow from 3M shade A3) followed with packable composite Z350XT shade A2 from 3M. Xray evaluation with VistaRay 7.1 (Durr) at 60kV, 3mA, 0,03seconds showed an intact margin and homogeneous body of restoration.
