Restodontic: Restoration Replacement and Endodontic Retreatment

This patient might feel bad day for years, its gum kept on running a yellowish fluid, and this patient also could not open its mouth while smiling because a blackening-joined composite resin filling on anterior teeth..
Xray examination showed a bone loss under endodontically treated upper right first incisive. This failed previous endodontic treatment need to be fixed before heading to anterior restoration.

After taking proper informed consent, i did access cavity, removing the previous filling, and rebuild the missing wall with packable composite (filtek Z350xt from 3M) and Greater Curve matrix. Then, i dissolve the gutta percha with eucaliptus oil. Cleaning and shaping was done with ProtaperNext (Dentsply) and Natrium Hypochlorite 5,24%. After obturation, the orifice was coronally sealed with low_shrinkage_stress flowable composite (filtek_bulkfill flowable from 3M). Xray examination with Vistaray 7.1 (Durr) at 60kV, 3mA, 0,03 seconds showed an obturation with lateral canal..
