Endodontic: Second Molar with Crack

It’s been almost a year for this patient to seek the cause for eating discomfort on upper left area of patient’s mouth. Had seek for dental treatment, but almost all the previous operator said “it’s ok here dear, nothing happen actually”. But for me, it’s a crack dear..
Clinical examination showed a crack line on the distal marginal ridge upto distal pit of tilting upper left second molar (the first molar had been extracted), tender to percussion, and patient experienced pain in 10 minutes duration while eating with this tooth.

After taking proper informed consent, i did endodontic treatment. Cleaning and shapig was done with ProtaperNext (Dentsply) in three roots and Natrium Hypochlorite 5,24% simultaneously. Coronally sealed with low_shrinkage_stress flowable composite (filtek_bulkfill from 3M) aftet canals obturation. And xray examination with VistaRay 7.1 at 60kV, 3mA, 0,03seconds showed intact margin between gutta percha, compositeResin, and dentine.

This treatment still continue, and this patient also a dentist.. hope this dental treatment will be long last.
