Endodontic Treatment: Upper Left First Incisive

Who said that treating anterior teeth always easy? If said so, then this problem won’t ever exist.
An Adult Female, had went to many operators in order to regain her smile. Yet, everytime she went home from dentist office, around three months later she felt her filling discolored, the gingiva swelling, and the food always retained in proximal area. Until then the filling was broken, she went back to operator to replacing with the new ones, but the situation still the same.
Four anterior teeth had lost its vitality, tenderness to percussion, and xray examination showed radiolicencies in the periapical area.

After taking proper discussion and informed consent, we chose to treat this tooth one by one, and we start from the heavily destructed upper left central.

After access preparation, i rebuilt the wall using packable composite resin (Z350XT from 3M). Root canal cleaning and shaping was done with Protaper Universal (Dentsply) and Natrium Hypochlorite 5,24%. And the Low_shrinkage_stress flowable material (Filtek_bulkfill flowable from 3M) was placed after root canal obturation. Xray evaluation with VistaRay 7.1 (Durr) at 60kV, 3mA, 0,03 seconds showed the intact marginal integrity between composite resin, dentine, and gutta percha)
