The Process of Gutta Percha Removal

This image shows the removal of gutta percha on my retreatment case on upper left second incisive. A patient came with discolored anterior tooth post endodontic and apex resection treatment. This patient want the smile back naturally. But when I checked the previous treatment, there was big leak on coronal restoration, obturation, and need to do retreatment.

This sharing is only part of my dental treatment. I removed the gutta percha by starting solving it with Chloroform, dig it up by means of Kfile, Hfiles, and protaper universal rotary instrument (Dentsply). Irrigation using Sodium Hypochlorite 5,24%. And I love those bubbles!
