Post Endodontic Direct Restoration with Composite Resin

After almost a month of our last meet up, my patient (also a dentist) continued the dental treatment. Alhamdulillaah, she had never felt pain anymore, and i can start my restorative procedure.
To differentiate with my previous 3 weeks treatment, i changed my rubberdam sheet with green color from blossom rubberdam.

I did tunnel preparation on the mesial wall to preserve the marginal ridge. Then, i put Triodent Sectional matrix to make a good adaptation of the composite resin. As core material, i used low shringkage stress packable composite (Filtek BulkFill from 3M), it’s the same material with the distal wall. Followed with G-aenial from GC as coronal layer. Finally, i polished my restoration with soflex (3M) and enhance (dentsply).
