Finishing the endodontic treatment in One Shot

Got this patient from my friend, an Oral Surgeon, he planned to extract the second premolar, until he found out that the pain came out massively from the first premolar. Before having met the oral surgeon, this patient had went to dentist to cleaned up her tooth, but refused to do any treatment but scaling.
This case should be done firstly by removing the radix of second premolar, but after discussion from the patient, and dentists team, we want to eliminate the source of pain as our main goal. So, we did RCT before extraction.

Root canal treatment was done in one visit. First, i restructured the cavity, from class 2 to class 1. Then, placed the rubber dam (cerkamedrubberdam sheet and sanctuaryrubberdam clamp). Cleaning and shaping with mtwo files (VDW) with clockwise reciprocal movement (150 CW, 30 CCW, denjoy i-mate2c endomotor). After obturation, i seal the orifices with low shrinkage stress flowable composite (filtek bulkfill flowable – 3M). Xray evaluation with vistaray 7.1 (Durr) showed a intact margin between composite resin, gutta percha, and tooth structure.

Finally, the patient referred back to my friend, before having restorative treatment.
