Restodontic: From Rebuild up the wall to Endodontic treatment

(Yesterday, I posted a video while i was using an endomotor with small LED attached to it. So, here is the case.)
Two out of three mandibular first molar have a mesial curve canal. The statistic can be vary among each race and population. This patient has one of this example.
A patient came to me to fix the previous filling that already broken. At the first clinical view, the cavity had progressed through the pulp. The pulp still vital, and xray examination confirm this cavity progression, also curve canals..

After receiving proper informed consent. I started my dental treatment. First, i did access preparation, put greatercurve matrix, and placed composite resin in order to build up the missing wall. (Creating a 4-walled cavity is a must for me)
Then, i put nictone rubberdam sheet, and start endodontic treatment.
Cleaning and shaping was done with Protaper Next (dentsply) and finished with Mtwo 25/06 (VDW) on mesial and 30/05 on distal. After obturation, i sealed the coronal part of orifices with low shrinkage stress flowable composite (filtek bulkfill flowable by 3M). Xray evaluation with Vistaray 7.1 (Durr) showed an intact margin between gutta percha, composite resin, and dentin. Also a well manage of mesial curve on obturation.
