Restodontic: From Apical to Coronal

This time, i got referral from well known oral surgeon in Jakarta, Dr. Dede Bachtiar SpBM., to do an Endodontic Treatment on Upper right first premolar with Irreversible pulpitis.
At radiographic image, the caries has extended into the pulp. Clinical examination also showed this condition, with class II origin.
After taking proper informed consent, i started my dental treatment.

At first, i did access preparation and rebuild up the mesial wall in order to create a 4 walled cavity access by composite resin (Filtek_Bulkfill fron 3M) with help of Omni Matrix (ultradent).
Cleaning and shaping was done with ProtaperNext (Dentsply) and Natrium hypochlorite 5,24%.. after obturation with gutta percha, the orifices were coronally sealed with Low_shrinkage_stress flowable composite (filtek_bulkfill flowable from 3M) and packable composite (filtek Z350XT from 3M). Xray examination with Vistaray 7.1 at 70kV, 2mA, 0,06s showed intact margin, and homogeneous body of restoration and tooth structure..

Then, i sent back the patient, hope this dental treatment will be long last..
