Amalgam Replacement with Composite Resin

This patient came with a chief complain of food retention on lower right first molar that had been filled/restored with amalgam filling around the years of 2012/2013. The feeling of the food snug into the cavity is sensitive and discomfort. Xray examination showed a radiolucencies under amalgam filling.

After taking proper consent, i started my dental treatment. First, I remove the bulk amalgam filling, dig out the secondary caries, then put low_shrinkage_stress flowable composite resin Filtek_BulkFill (3M) as a dentin replacement, followed with Ceram_X_one shades a3 (A3/D3) (Dentsply). Then taking evaluative radiograph with VistaRay 7.1 (Durr) at 60kV, 3mA, 0,03s, we can see the intact margin, homogeneous body of the restoration, and different radiopacity between two composites.
