Endodontic Re-Treatment on Upper Left Second Incisive

Patient came with a chief complain of her anterior restoration which was not esthetic and disturbing her beautiful smile. It was done almost a year ago, the color had changed, and the gum always bleeding.
Radiographic evaluation showed a post RCTd with non hermetic obturation.
After taking a proper consent, i started removing all the previous-old-improper composite resin restoration, changed it with a new one prior to do endodontic retreatment.
I used chloroform as a gutta percha solvent, cleaning and shaping was done with ProtaperNext (Dentsply), coronally sealed with low_shrinkage_stress flowable composite Filtek Bulkfill (3M). Xray evaluation was using VistaRay (Durr) at 60kV, 3mA, 0,03 seconds.
Next treatment will be updated soon as follows:
1. Internal bleaching
2. Composite resin restoration
