Replacement of class II cavity with Tunnel Technique

Patient came with a sensitive sensation while drinking cold beverages on her lower tooth, this tooth had been restored with another operator but didn’t solve the problem.
Radiographic image showed a radiolucencies under class I filling up to below marginal ridge in the proximal (distal).

After taking consent, I removed old restoration and secondary caries. Creating a tunnel under marginal ridge, then put the matrix to guard the marginal area.
I put low_shrinkage_stress flowable material (Filtek_Bulkfill Flow – 3M) followed with packable composite (Z350XT – 3M).
Xray evaluation using VistaRay at 60kV, 3mA, 0,03 seconds.
