Endodontic treatment on Upper Left Second Molar with 4 canals and Palatal caries

I got referral from my friend, an orthodontist, to treat this upper left second molar with palatal caries. This tooth had been treated by another dentist to fill the distal cavity with composite resin around 2 years ago. But both the patient and the operator didn’t realize the existance of palatal caries.…

After taking informed consent, i did access opening and restore the palatal caries with composite resin. Cleaning and shaping was done with Mtwo Files (VDW). At the time when I wanted to obturate the canals, I found MB2.. then i put temporary filling prior to second visit.
At this second visit (I put another color of rubber dam), meticulously irrigating the root canals with Sodium Hypochlorite 5,24%, and obturate the root canals. Followed with coronally sealed with composite resin. Xray evaluation using Durr VistaRay 7.1 at 60kV, 3mA, 0,03 seconds.
Finally, I referred back this patient to my friend.
