Endodontic Treatment on Upper Right Second Premolar

Yesterday I posted this case about the making of 4 walled cavity access (please refer to my last post). Today, I am gonna release all the endodontic part..

This patient came to me with an unfinished treatment by another operator for years on both teeth 14 and 15. After thorough examination, tooth 14 should be eliminated, so that only tooth 15 left. (Tooth 14 referred to Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon, Dr. Pradono)

The treatment started with rebuild up the wall with composite resin, a combination of Low_shrinkage_stress flowable composite – Filtek Bulkfil (3M) and Z250XT (3M). Followed with endodontic cleaning and shaping with Protaper_Next (Dentsply), obturated with respected Guttapercha points. And Coronally sealed with low_shrinkage stress flowable composite prior to coronal restoration. Xray image evaluated with Durr Sensor at 60kV, 3mA, and 0,03 Seconds..
