“It is not the placement of the file (which merely displace irrigant in the canal), it is the movement of the file in and out of the canal that carries the solution apically. Machtou points out that it is only possible to create this condition if we have a four walled access cavity with sufficient reservoir of irrigants in the chamber. 
If we do not reconstruct the loss tooth material prior to treatment, we loss the advantage of having this reservoir of fresh solution and that makes active irrigation imposible to achieve”

Here I reconstruct or rebuild the loss tooth structure in order to get the reservoir of irrigants.
I used low shrinkage stress flowable composite resin (Filtek_Bulkfil – 3M) and packable composite (Z250XT – 3M).
