Restoration of claas II cavity in Premolar

This patient came to me with a broken old filling located on upper left posterior tooth (while she is pointing on her premolar) which was done for years ago. Meanwhile, its mesial part was also filled with composite resin but the restoration was joined together with the canine. She got her first premolar extracted and her molar sliced due to orthodontic treatment.

After taking consent, i did the restoration of this MOD cavity with composite resin. First, I put the Greater_Curve Matrix attached to Tofflemire_Holder. Then I put Low_shrinkage_stress_Flowable composite (Filtek Bulkfil – 3M). Followed with Packable_Composite (Z250XT – 3M). Polished with Soflex (3M) and Enhance (Dentsply). I put no tint nor any color modifier. X ray image taken with Durr sensors at 60kV, 3mA, 0,03 second.. and it showed a good marginal adaptation and homogeneousity of restoration.
