So, a few days ago I got a patient who seek for dental treatment for her upper left tooth who had been suspected for extraction by another dentist due to lack of remaining coronal structures.
From the clinical view, we can see inflamed marginal gingiva, and only remaining buccal wall. The tooth still vital partially.
After doing examination and taking informed consent. I did the restodontic treatment.

First, i did building up the wall (to make it 4 walled cavity) with Filtek_Bulkfill flowable (3M ESPE – NOT yet available in Indonesia) using greater_curve matrix, root canal treatment with Wave_One (Dentsply), and coronally sealed with Filtek_Bulkfill universal/packable (3M ESPE). Now, we are ready for the coronal restoration.. xray image taken with Durr Sensor at 60kV, 3mA, 0,03 seconds..
