I got this case referral from my friend (dentist), drg. Natalia Astina, because she suspected a perforation in bifurcation under improper treatment (from xray image). The patient itself had undergone this kind of dental treatment for 1,5 years, and now he got his tooth ache and want to get it repaired.
There was an overhanging and improper composite resin restoration, and when i tried to remove it, i found a thick ZOE base. Plus remnants of infected dentine & pulp stone at the pulp chamber.

After rebuild up the cavity using composite resin and universal matrix, i did endodontic treatment in one visit for those 4 canals with ProtaperNext (Dentsply) and seal it with flowable composite SDR (Dentsply).
Finally, i sent back the patient to my friend for finishing the definitive restoration.
