Sometimes, I also updated my cases at Line or Linkedin. 🙂 this topic will focus only on conservative dentistry cases such as restorative dentistry and endodontic or root canal treatment.
Sometimes, we found out an improper restoration that can be replaced, and sometimes we found another that can’t be just replaced, hence need special complex treatment.
Here is a case which tooth had been restored improperly with composite resin (overhanged, joined, not homogene, marginal leakage, and you named it). And it needs Root Canal Treatment.
Rewalling was done with Glass Ionomer which the gingiva was cautered previously. endodontic treatement was done with ProtaperNext (dentsply). And after obturation, i did coronal seal with SDR (Dentsply).
And ready to do next treatment
