Replacement of 3-years-old-overhanging-composite-resin post endodontic restoration and restore class II cavity (1 week control)

Few weeks before new year, i got a patient with this kind of restoration. The endodontic treatment and post endo restoration were done by previous operator. The radiographic image showed many voids in the body of restoration, and caries on the adjacent tooth.
After doing proper examination, i restored tooth 47 with a dual cured composite resin material (Luxacore, DMG) followed with universal composite (ceram-X-mono, Dentsply). And restored tooth 46 with Z350XT (3M ESPE). Both were polished with enhance, and soflex.
