We are almost reaching the end of 2015, hence welcoming the 2016. Science and technology in dental material has a significant growth, resulted in more and more advance properties. Do composite resins get the effect on this development?
In my opinion bulk fill composite resin will still be the main issue, the question mark still persist on the “rheological properties” and “degree of conversion”. Maybe, there will be a dual cured composite resin (base-catalist with a mixing tips syringe) in order to create a full conversion. While having a easy-handling rheological properties, also advance compressive strenght and wear resistance.

And in my opinion.. This is what i called.. “TRUE BulkFill”
