Replacement of Old & Overhanged GIC

An old friend came to me to fix his old filling which disturbed his activity lately. He felt hipersensitive while drinking cold beverages. Oh, and yup.. there is a big radiolucencies beneath an old-yet-overhanged glass ionomer restoration.

So, i removed the old ones, placing sectional matrix (Palodent Plus – Dentsply), put Composite Resin (Z350XT – 3MESPE), polished with Soflex, Pogo, and Enhance. And not forget took the radiographic image to evaluate the homogenous of my dental filling. smile emoticon

Hope this restoration will last for ever..
