Sigle visit endodontic treatment done in a patient with persistent dental abscess for years. A referral case from my best friend Dr. Melanie Husna. This patient wanted to go abroad, only had a limited time in jakarta and i only had 4 days as my control treatment before the patient gone abroad.
Alhamdulillaah.. in 4 days, the lesion looks healing.. no symptoms, no pain on percussion etc..

This treatment was done with ProtaperNext (Dentsply), KetacMolar (3MESPE) for rewalling and coronal seal. and absolutely meticulous irrigation with ultrasonic activation (fig. 5).
